All Skybird Pottery pieces are carefully packaged and shipped with love. Please allow time for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or high order volume, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (US)

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

International Shipping

We ship internationally! Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
