Shipping Information

All Skybird Pottery pieces are carefully packaged and shipped with love. Please allow time for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or high order volume, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (US)

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
We will offer additional shipping options as our business grows!

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping options on our website. If you'd like your order to be shipped internationally, please reach out to directly and we will work with you to make it happen :)

Packaging

Every order is packed with care to ensure your pottery arrives safely. We use the packaging method referred to as "Floating" where we package your product inside of an inner box and then "float" that inner box within a larger outer-box. We use recycled and sustainable packaging materials whenever possible. Plate sets: The plates will not arrive packaged together as you see them in the photos, where they're stacked and tied together with yarn. Plates will arrive in individual inner boxes inside of a larger outer-box. If you'd like a plate set with the yarn and label as you see in our photos, please visit our booth at a farmers market or let us know and we will package this yarn and label within your order with some instructions on how you can tie it together yourself. (We wish we could ship them to you tied together so beautifully, but unfortunately they would get completely destroyed in transit.)
